Physical Therapists will work one-on-one with each person to achieve the greatest results. All of the therapy options are hands-on. We do not put you on a machine. Through various stretching routines, and resistance exercises and modalities, therapists will work with you to reach the best results possible. Modalities include: heat, ice, electric stimulation, laser and ultrasound therapies.

Resistance bands are a great addition to any strength training routine or rehabilitation program and come in a variety of sizes, lengths, and strengths. These bands are easy to store and you don’t need a gym to use them. Since resistance bands come in a range of resistance levels, our therapists will work with you to find the perfect fit. All of the exercises are simple to do and can be done at home as well.
